What a year it has been

As I look back on this year and look toward another summer I can hardly believe how far we have come in such a short time. A new name, new cabins, new faces, new donors, new campers and the list goes on and on. But the funny thing is, this is just the beginning. This year many have mourned the loss of what has been as we look to the future that God is calling us to. We honor the past and the incredible things that God has been able to do through Adventures in Christian Kamping and Rim Rock Bible Camp.  We also are waiting with baited breath for what God is going to do in the years to come. So many wonderful, hard working, humble people have been a part of this transition. It has not been easy, nor is it over. At the same time we continue to cling to the promises of God’s word as we seek not to run ahead or lag behind, but wait to see what He will do. To all of you incredible influential people who have worked so hard to make a difference at the camp and ultimately for God’s kingdom, I echo the words of the Apostle Paul as he says in Phil. 1:3, “I thank my God every time I remember you.” – Jenni Tibbs
